NB: For purchases of products available together with pre-orders , the order will be processed once the pre-order is available. To receive the available product immediately and reserve a pre-order , it is necessary to place two separate orders.

Shipments to Italy will be processed within the day following receipt (excluding pre-orders and holidays).

Shipments will be made via express courier and will follow the timing indicated by the shipping method indicated. For all shipments, except those with special requests, the arrival of the products is expected within 24/48 hours after the collection of the goods by the shipper (collections available only on working days), with the exception of shipments directed to the islands and disadvantaged areas, where they usually take 48/72 hours. 2 delivery attempts are included in the previous shipments, after which it will be kept in storage by the shipper until further notice.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak shipping periods. All orders are associated with a tracking code to follow the progress of the shipment.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are required to indicate the delivery address correctly and to notify us as soon as possible of any errors in filling it in during the order phase. It is necessary to indicate important information for the delivery of the shipment in the order notes, such as: doorbell not working and delivery to reception. For delivery to a company it is necessary to enter the correct address and the name of the company preceded by the wording c/o.

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, an error in the buyer's compilation, or the recipient being absent in both delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay a fee necessary to release the order. The release costs will be 2.44 euros for release within 5 days of the package being stored and will be subject to a daily increase after this deadline. In the event of no response from the buyer, we will pay the release fee and the return shipping fee to our warehouse, subsequently the fee to cover the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the total refund.

If the error in filling out the shipping address is the responsibility of our team or the shipment is lost by the courier, no additional charge will be requested from the buyer and we will respectively pay for the release with the relative change of address and reimburse the value of the purchased product, after checking with the carrier of the incident. If the courier provides us with evidence that the package was delivered, even if not marked as arrived, and therefore the customer received the order, we would not be able to reimburse the value of the item.

For damages during shipping, the customer is required to contact us within 4 days of the arrival of the goods and we will, in agreement with the customer, replace the product or provide a partial or total refund.

Customers whose cash on delivery order is refused or not delivered will be excluded from using this payment method for subsequent orders, for an indefinite period of time, at the discretion of our team. Customers who will act in a hostile manner to the performance of our service will be blocked and all orders produced will be cancelled and trashed.

The return procedure is only in case of breakage by the courier must be opened no later than 14 days after delivery of the products. Write us an email with the subject "Return and (Item Name)".

Return conditions:

Reimbursement

After completing the return, after an analysis of the product conditions, the refund will be issued. The refund issuing procedures can take up to 14 days from acceptance, based on the payment method. The refunded amount will include or exclude shipping costs based on the nature of the return. For errors due to us, a full refund will be issued, for the remaining cases the previous one applies.
